We’re growing — and we're looking for a highly organised, proactive Procurement Administrator to join our team!

🔎 The Role
You’ll support the purchasing of windows & doors — ensuring materials, components, and services are ordered efficiently, delivered on time, and aligned with project budgets & schedules.

🛠 Key Responsibilities
✔ Raise & process purchase orders
✔ Liaise with suppliers on pricing, availability & deliveries
✔ Track deliveries and resolve issues
✔ Maintain accurate procurement records
✔ Support installation teams for smooth project delivery
✔ Compare supplier quotes & contribute to cost control

👤 About You
✔ Experience using window/door software
✔ CRM experience
✔ Background in procurement, purchasing or admin (construction preferred)
✔ Strong organisation & attention to detail
✔ Confident communicator with negotiation skills
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
✔ A proactive problem‑solver who can manage multiple priorities
